Q: Are all your products vegan?
A: Yes every single product we sell is vegan. We sell no products derived from animals.
Q: Is your packaging Eco-Friendly?
A: Yes every order is packaged in a 100% recyclable box made from 60-90% recyclable materials. All products are packaged in 100% compostable bags. All stickers and labels used are made from Brown Kraft Paper and are sourced sustainably from FSC Certified Suppliers.
Q: Do you cater for food allergies?
A: Yes, we cater for food allergies. However, we advise that you check each individual products ingredients listed in the description for the most up to date ingredient information. Our products are made and packed in an area containing NUTS, GLUTEN, SOYA and SULPHITES. All products are vegan, however products may be made and packed in a factory containing MILK, EGGS and other common allergens such as WHEAT, SOYBEANS and NUTS.
Therefore, we advise that if you do have any food allergies that you email us before ordering or leave a note on the order so that we can take extra care with your order and to minimise any cross-contamination.
If you have an allergen that we haven't catered for please email us at info@bonbonplantbased.com and we will do our best to source an alternative for you.
Q: Where are you based?
A: We currently do not have a fixed business premises however we are located in Hertfordshire, UK.

Q: Do you sell Gift Cards?
A: Yes, we sell E-Gift Cards available to buy from our store here.
Q: Do you support conservation charities?
A: Yes, we will be supporting multiple conservation charities and we are working on finding multiple charities that support incredible causes. For more charity questions, please click here.
Q: Are BonBon Sweets Delicious?
A: Yes, of course. Our sweets have been extensively tasted to ensure they are the best quality and we source our sweets from premium suppliers to ensure maximum satisfaction for our customers.
Q: Can only vegans buy from BonBons?
A: No, we welcome everyone regardless of diet or any other background to enjoy our range of Plant Based Confectionary and to support exceptional causes that do incredible things to help our planet and animals.
Q: How fast is the dispatch time?
A: All orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched the same day. Yes, we're quick! Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched first thing in the morning.
Q: What carrier do you mainly work with?
A: We have worked with multiple in the past such as DPD and Royal Mail and we are open to any suggestions as to which is best to go with. At the moment, we are currently using Evri for all of our orders.
Q: Do you do Pick and Mix?
A: Yes, you can fully customise the sweets that you want. Tailor the amount of each sweet aswell. We also have special themed pre-picked pouches for you to choose from. Click here to explore our Pick N Mix.
Q: Can I offset my orders carbon footprint?
A: Yes, of course we work with EcoCart who when selected a checkout will offset your orders carbon footprint for a small fee which will make your order Carbon Positive or Carbon Neutral.
Q: Can I plant a tree with my order?
A: Yes, we work with ONE TREE PLANTED which allows customers the opportunity to plant a tree for small fee. We also contribute monthly with tree planting. Simply click the green pop up on the bottom right of the page.

Q: When can we expect more product launches?
A: We are constantly working to add to our product range however we have a strict criteria and we only sell products that meet this criteria.
Q: How do I return my box?
A: Please see our Returns Policy.
Q: Do you offer personalisation?
A: Yes, all of our boxes can be personalised with a message of your choice.
Q: Can I have a BonBon account?
A: Yes, you can create your own account which will make life easier at checkout each time and it will allow you to view past and upcoming orders.
Q: Do you have a membership scheme?
A: At the moment, we don't. We are planning in the near future to introduce a membership schemed which will allow you to get cool perks such as free shipping, free sweet boxes, free donations to charities etc. I'd recommend signing up to our newsletter here to stay up to date with all the latest news. Q: Do you have any discounts or coupons?
A: Yes, we currently have a few discounts out such as 10% off if you sign up to our newsletter. We are constantly adding new codes, so keep checking back to see our latest deals.
Q: Do you sell worldwide?
A: Unfortunately not, at the moment we only sell to within the UK. We have plans in the future to do so but the logistics can be tricky.
